Weekend update

Can you believe it??? It's snowing this morning. It's mostly done, though, and the streets are just wet. It's just the thought of it at this point....I'VE HAD ENOUGH! (and this is from the one who loves winter, just had enough of it at this point.)

I'm a substitute handbell ringer this month. Sue's bell choir is playing in a "Spring Ring" Festival in Tewksbury tonight, I've been attending rehearsals for the past few Tuesday nights getting ready for this. We'll be leaving around noon, mass rehearsals this afternoon, concert tonight, then back to Acton. I'll return to Mendon tomorrow morning. I don't drive down 495 at night if I don't have to. Then, we'll also play on Good Friday at Sue's church...some really beautiful music.

I've mentioned in earlier posts that Adriana has a little business baking doggie biscuits. We have dog-bone shaped cookie cutters and got some really good recipes on the internet. They are going well at the coffee shop (Chris calls them doggie-biscotti) and Adriana is hard-put to keep up with the baking. They have been selling approximately 6-8 dozen per week.
She had drawn some cute pictures of dogs that I had made into stamps for the bags that they (Chris and Adriana) will package bulk. They came out adorable. The cost of having her drawings made into custom stamps was very reasonable, slightly more than the cost of stock stamps at the craft stores. I was surprised and will do it again in the future.

Think Spring!
