Tony & I spent our usual Thursday baking day at the cafe this morning, and David indicated that we may have spent our last day in the old kitchen. Upon inspection of the new space, the light is indeed visible at the end of the tunnel...things are looking great!
For those of you who haven't seen the space at all, these pictures won't impress you; for those who have seen the space in its pre-construction phase, these pics will show some real progress. Keep in mind that there is still lots of tools, lumber, sawdust, etc., around, but you get the idea.
